20 years ago I began cooking and baking gluten-free for my youngest daughter. She had many more food sensitivities then than now so baking was especially challenging. After much experimenting and research I finally created several baking mixes that work well for almost anything.
The number of gluten and dairy intolerant members in my immediate and extended family has now grown to 15. My family has encouraged me to keep testing new recipes and rework old favourites so no one feels left out at family meals or gatherings.
Cathy’s Creations, my first all baking cookbook, was such a success that I was encouraged to write another book. Many who purchased the first book suggested that I package my mixes and sell them as they felt it would encourage more people to try baking and make the book even more user friendly.
I have now written 3 all baking cookbooks and created a series of 4 different baking mixes. The recipes for all the baking mixes are in my cookbook. For ease of use and to cut costs all three cookbooks have now been compiled into one book. The cost to the consumer is greatly reduced and there is no deciding which book to buy first.
For new recipes every month become a web site member and receive 4 new recipes every month as well as links to demo videos of me making some of the recipes people find challenging.
