 Welcome to all those who received a membership to my web site for Christmas! Your first newsletter will be arriving at the end of the month. If you did not receive a gift membership it is not too late to buy one for yourself and start the New Year off with new gluten free baking recipes every month.

 The November/December newsletter should be in you inbox if you are a website member. This month there are 9 new recipes focusing on Christmas baking.  A new month has begun and that means a new gluten free article will be available to read at Ok in Health. This month the topic is Gift Ideas for the Gluten Free on your gift list. Check it out at www.okinhealth.com

If you are a web site member you will have received your newsletter yesterday with the following recipes: Zucchini Onion Oregano Bread, Carrot Quinoa Cornmeal Bread, Rice Krispie Jumbles and Walnut-Quinoa Plum Cookies.

Also only one session left in our 4 week baking class. It has been a blast and many of the participants have successfullybaked at home between classes. Gluten Free Cooking Class starts Monday November 19 so if you aren't registered you still have time. Comfort foods is the focus so no raw or vegan. Just everyday foods that you thought you could not have on a gluten free diet. Come join the fun!

 It's that time of year again when we get to enjoy the harvest from our garden and orchard. If you are a web site member you will have received your harvest themed recipes.
