Once again a fantastic welcome was given by the staff and baking class attendees at Whole Foods Market in Penticton. Even though this was my third baking class at this store most of the almost 40 people there had not been to one of my classes before. There were a few familiar face which is always comforting and I met so many more wonderful new ones as well. I look forward to getting to know many of you better and hope to see you again when I do my next class.
